From Chinese indie brand Edddddddkoko. Really nice quality. The designer's Instagram is 'edddddddkoko' if you're interested in following their products. The three scallop layers are all different types of fabric. It's really cute and soft, and the scallops are kinda puffy too. Would be super adorable with a Red Riding Hood coord :D
