Simple navy skirt with hand-painted cream star details. Elastic shirring in the back as well as a side on the side.

Simple navy skirt with hand-painted cream star details from indie brand Eat Me Ink Me. Elastic shirring in the back as well as a side on the side.

This skirt was bought new from The Lolita Collective and has only been worn by my friend for a couple of hours. No signs of wear save for some wrinkles from being stored in a box during a move.

I would be more than happy to provide additional pictures upon request.

Sorry for the very belated reply but I did a quick flat measurement and un-stretched is 12 inches flat (so about 24 inches around) and I could get the elastic to about 18 inches flat (so I'm assuming 36 around).
