The color of the print is still vibrant and the elastic in the sleeves seems fine to me.
But please be aware that I can't say for sure that there are no age-related diminishes in quality, since I didn't see the dress in its original state.

The previous owner had pets (not sure if cat or dog). I have washed the dress and used a pet hair roller on it, however there may be a stray hair still hidden somewhere, so please be aware of that.
