I was unable to find this exact bag, but some very helpful people on Facebook believe it’s an earlier version of the 2004 Candy Ribbon bag from G&LB #12.

I was unable to find this exact bag, but some very helpful people on Facebook believe it’s an earlier version of the 2004 Candy Ribbon bag from G&LB #12.
Looks like it may have had a shoulder strap at some point? None of the stock photos of similar bags show one, but it has mysterious loops near the bottom.
