Chinese indie brand EAM waist cinch with bat-style irregular hems. Great for gothic styles and can be worn at the waist. or under the bust depending on preference and measurements. It is really stretchy, but I overestimated how far it could stretch and unfortunately it's too small for me.
Measurements:
Waist - 66 cm base measurement. (my mannequin's waist is about 68 cm and it felt pretty far stretched, but it's also hard plastic so it may be more forgiving on a real person. I'd say no more than 70~72 at the absolute maximum without discomfort or button damage)
