Japan Post currently has limitations on shipping to some countries because of the current situation. The only page I could find about it with the list of countries is in Japanese, but I will list it in case. After verification myself, I CANNOT currently ship to

CANADA, USA, AUSTRALIA for sure. I seem to be able to ship to MOST European countries. (UK, France, Germany, Austria, etc etc).
