Purchased from Wunderwelt, the belt was missing from the dress when I purchased it. There is a small rip on the waist seam where the threads have pulled, but the fabric itself is intact. I've taken a picture to show the damage.
I do think this dress is really cute but I've worn it in all the ways I've wanted to and need to clear out my wardrobe.

Measurements from Lolibrary are:
Bust: 86-95
Length: 95
Waist: 73-84

The straps are not adjustable.

I am the owner of a very fluffy ginger cat and even though I will launder this dress before sending it out, I can't guarantee there will be absolutely no cat hair on the garment. So if you're really allergic, I don't recommend you purchase.
