Dressy Satin Frill JSK + Head Bow

The JSK is in very good condition, all rhinestones and pearls are intact though it is missing the back lacing ribbon. All rhinestones and pearls are intact on the headbow but there are rust stains on one side of the headbow as pictured. Please be aware that I have checked the dress and head bow to the best of my ability and have found no other major flaws. This JSK is short with and without a petticoat, it is not tall lolita friendly.
