Joyce was very patient with me in my questions about how her service works, since I had never done this system of purchase before. this was also my first brand dress, and my very first dream dress, and I would have taken months to find it if it weren;t for Joyce reaching out to me after reading my WTB post. she was communicating all the way through, never left out any details about the order, (even warned me about potential customs), and was even generous enough to let me pay a few days later than agreed so we could avoid a split payment. overall, i'd use her service again for sure! thank you so much!
