hello! i’m selling my dreamy dollhouse JSK in the lavender colorway :) read this for details and info! ~
DAMAGES
-it is important to note that this dress is missing its waist ties. it’s been no problem for me since i do not wear waist ties, but if they’re something you prefer to have on a dress maybe check out a different auction! if you don’t mind then that’s great! ♡
-i’m pretty sure this print isn’t too faded, after checking for awhile i found no discoloration but do keep in mind that this is a very old dress, it will fade at some point. as of now i see no obvious fading, but that doesn’t mean it can’t happen in the future! so please take good care of it if you’re planning on buying :)

1. I am generally a bit hesitant to allow payment plans due to negative past transactions, but if you would like to do one please message me specifics and we can try and work things out. I reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone I am uncomfortable doing transactions with.
2. No refunds or returns unless an item has damages that I had not directly specified in the listing. Please message for any inquiries.
3. International shipping is expensive right now, and will probably cost around $20-$80 depending on what you’re ordering. Please check with me for specifics.
4. If you need me to mark an item down for customs or whatnot, please let me know before you pay the invoice.
5. When selling, I will leave feedback after the buyer leaves feedback, confirming they have received the item.
6. I will not invoice at a paypal address other than the one on your LM account, no exceptions.
7. I will not be sending items to any address other than the address listed under the paypal email that is connected to your LM account.
8. Please pay invoices within 48 hours. I may relist if an invoice is left unpaid.
9. I live in a smoke and pet free household.
10. I will ship items within a week. If I am not able to, I will let you know beforehand.

12. I may take up to, or longer than, 24 hours to send your invoice. I will not take any more than 48 hours. Please be patient with me, I like to get everything done at once and I have a pretty busy schedule.
