I am the second owner of this skirt I have worn it only 2-3 times. It is very well cared for, so it is like new. I have altered the skirt with the waist ties to fit a max waist of 92cm. The previous owner did not have the bows that attach to the skirt. The inside alteration is unfinished, if you would like me to sew it for you let me know. I live in a non-smoking home, and no cats or dogs.
