Good condition for its age. It has some pilling(?) on the ruffles which I've tried to show in the pictures.
I've owned this skirt for over 10 years, but haven't been able to wear it for many years as it no longer fits. It has been in storage for most of this time. It's time to let it go and let someone else enjoy it.
