I purchased this secondhand but never used it myself.  It is in really great condition; there are no scuffs, marks or stains on it (just some dust).  
This is made of the old PVC material that does not peel!  These bags really last if you take care of them.  Case in point being that this bag is about 15 years old and still looks great.
