Doris Night - "The Age of Exploration" wine skirt

Doris Night (Taobao brand) "The Age of Exploration" skirt, in wine colorway, chinese M size. The shade of wine has more purple in it than what my photos show.
Lolibrary indicates 60-70 cm for the waist and, to me, it's more on the small side, so it would suit a european XS size. I have a 62cm waist and it fits me nicely.
Bought
new, only tried on as I never got the occasion to wear it. Please note that the chiffon fabric has a few scratches where it gathers near the waist, as can be seen in my last picture (I received the skirt this way), but it's not very visible. The skirt is fully lined
and has a beautiful cut. There is a separate bow hairclip.

referral, my mannequin has a 84 cm bust and a 60 cm waist.
