The condition is good. I bought it secondhand off of Lolitadesu but never got around to wearing it. It’s been worn once by an old friend I lent it to. They got tiny gravy stain towards the bottom I was able to remove. One of the waist ties came off as well but I sewed it back on! It’s also quite wrinkly due to being folded in a box and put away.

It’s only partially shirred!
