If I remember correctly there is shirring in the back (and thus plenty of stretch). I'll get back to you asap on that bust measurement/confirmation!

Alright, I have returned! It does in fact have shirring, although the stretch is more at the waist than the bust area. The circumference of the bust is ~36in, but it does have darts specifically to expand the bust area that are hard to capture with measuring tape. I am busty myself and other Disney/Secret Honey releases tend to fit me extremely comfortably, so I feel this one could also accommodate a larger bust area.
(I've never tried this one on personally, though)
