Worn by previous owner, I worn for a few times.

Unfortunately The pink ribbon on the collar is already missing when I bought it from the previous owner.

The heart shaped buttons are rusty from aging, but otherwise, good condition, the OP has 2 pockets, waist ties are attached to the dress.

You can wear the barrette as a headbow if you attach it to alligator clip or headband.
