I’m the original owner and purchased this bag direct from Disney Japan in 2014.
It comes New with Tags and with the protective seal still on the accent plate because I never found an excuse to use it (my go to Alice style purses are all giant clock bags).

I do own a cat, but she is not allowed in the room where I keep my collection.
