I got this dress from Glitzy Wonderland awhile back and didnt have the heart to sell it even though the arms are too tight on me :( but it most be done for money for new dresses :) its brand new, only tried on (or moreso.. ATTEMPTED to try on haha)
i measured the waist at about 34 in and since i had problems with the arms i took that measurement too, and i'd recommend for 12in circumference or smaller
