I am the first owner of this piece. It is unlined and made of a very stretchy knit. It will fit up to (and perhaps beyond) a 100cm bust.
The bows are a little rumpled, but they came that way and I've had little luck correcting them. For a comfy, casual jsk, you can't get much better than this.
