waist: 56-66cm (but definitely fits snugly, so probably better on the smaller end of these measurements!)
length: 48cm
I can't remember specifically which style this is, but the brand is diamond honey and it's relatively low-poof, so better for casual wear?

in good condition - no stains or marks that I can find! please note that this is NOT a listing for the Stella OP, I'm just using that image to demonstrate the 'poof' of the petticoat!
