As is. Im not sure if therez supposed to be lacing in the front ive seen pictures without it but if so it doesnt have that. It fit me at 108cm bust just be careful. It squeezes your bust in. It sat ontop of my bust but to the very bottom. What i had to do was pull it above my chest and zip it then pull it over my bust. Selling because its too small now. Can fit smaller ranges of sizes too but not recommended over that. Its a size large and the two little bows are included.
