Just received it in the mail but need to sell it to pay my dental bill (2 wisdom teeth extraction =$1221, Ridiculous)

no Head bow no head bow!! It was sold separately!!
i have never tried on. I didn’t find any flaws. 
 The waist bow was sewn on the dress by the previous owner

Measurements measured by me:
garment bust =82cm
Waist=72cm
The back elastic can fully fully stretch another 15cm. but if you want the garment to reach 97cm you need to cut the elastic. 
The waist was sewn none stretchy, if you want it to be stretchy you need to resew the waist, then it can stretch another 15cm.
