This is a thick, sturdy skirt with heavy gathering on the tiers. On the shorter side of modern lolita but it can be used as a petti as well if you have a salopette or Putumayo piece. Great for gothic casual with a cutsew, or layer it with a corset+blouse for a fancier look.
Item has pilling on the hemlines but it can be easily removed.
