All fitting discussions are based on my own size, which is bust 90cm, waist 70cm, hips 105cm, height 170cm, 58kg (AUS size 8/10 tops, AUS size 10 bottoms). If something is 'bust feels a bit tight' means the bust will be uncomfortable for 90cm bust fitting.
