Bought from Dear Celine via an SS. Worn once. No issues I could see. Comes with the detachable Cuffs and Collar. Some of the elastic loops on the cuffs have lost their elasticity, but they hold the cuffs on without a problem. A really versatile coat with cute gold buttons with bows on them and cute bow details on the pockets and back!

It's made of wool and lined. I would consider it a winter coat for the winters in GA (35-50s Celsius, we don't get super cold here), but I still think this is a medium weight item, so I wouldn't recommend it without additional layers for very cold environments. Fall temps in my area are around the 60s. I think this would be on the warm side wearing it in the 60 temp range. I'm sorry I'm not able to give a simple Yes or No to this! I think it really depends on the climate! :)
