Custom sized Dear Celine blouse, tried it on once but they made it the wrong measurements? It's a nice blouse it just doesn't fit me. I've tried it on once, but haven't worn it outside of that. It does come with the necktie and the neckbow, both of which are removable and it's great for a high waist skirt or a jsk!

Measurements are as follows:
Bust: 123cm
Waist: 120cm
Length from nape to end of frills: 50cm 
Wrist cuff opening: 28cm
