Hi! Mine is about 27". But actually, it works pretty well anyway because it ended up sitting on my hips in a not awkward way. Mostly I am selling this because of the very similar AP tartan skirt I own.The length is about 19". I am sorry for the late reply, I am not getting comments here on LM mailed to me except rarely.
