Bought brand new, only tried on once by me. Waist ties, and front ribbon are removable, and the dress has a pocket on the side. No lining. Wrinkled from the shipping process, but no other flaws.
Please note, that this OP is made out of very unusual material for a lolita dress - a very light water-resistand material, resembles a raincoat. Could easily wear it out when going to the seaside or on a rainy day!
