Size L Dear Celine blouse with bell style sleeves. Fits a medium size best but can provide exact measurements if requested! 

No noticeable rips or tears that I can find, it does have a semi laced back and for some reason the ribbons for it are super long? Have never bothered to cut them though. Slight discoloration near the pit of one sleeve.
