No shirring, no lacing, only waist ties for size adjustment. Waist ties are not detachable.
Nice long back zipper + hook/eye fastening at top-- easy to put on and off!
It has a bell shape but my bell petticoat is borrowed at the moment, sorry!
Not a replica of any print I'm aware of, the similarities end at the fact that there's a carousel.
