This is a beautiful TaoBao piece I got some time ago, and it's light and wonderfully flowy chiffon! I am the first owner and have worn it only once or twice. It's in excellent condition and has the most beautiful starfish lace.There are drawstrings at the side to control how runched the dress appears. It can be worn off shoulder too! Please give it a good home!
