Would you be able to do a flat waist measurement? Unfortunately, Lolibrary doesn't list one and that's the trickiest spot for me. Thank you! :)

It's 34.5 cm flat unstretched. I was able to get it to about 45cm flat stretched though I think it could go a 1-3 cms larger if the ribbon lacing in the back was fully removed. I hope that helps!
