I may need your postal code to get an exact shipping quote. For en estimate, I used K4C 1B6 + M3C 0C1 and they were both $14.92. I think the shoulder width is about 37/38cm?

Bust: 92 cm, length: 56cm. The blouse has corset lacing, so it can go smaller. I wouldn't push it much further though as it fits me perfectly with a 36 inch bust.
