Large bell-shaped hoopskirt petticoat from the brand Daydream. It has 3 internal hoops that can be adjusted and removed to adjust the shape of the skirt.
This petticoat can easily double as an underskirt or full skirt because it has a built-in overskirt in rose lace. The bottom features 4 layers of ruffles.
It also comes with a very soft organza bow, that can be pinned anywhere for decoration.
Waist elastic: 60cm (relaxed), can go up to 100cm stretched. For comparison, my waist is 72cm and it's comfortable to wear.
It also comes with tie ribbons to further tighten the elastic and prevent the petticoat from moving around.
Condition: Very Good, worn only a few times.
