Condition:
Set sold as is, overall the set is in good condition and is ready to wear.

Here is a breakdown:

JSK:
I can find no flaws, it has been worn three times. I have just had it dry-cleaned so it is ready to go, but no longer has that new crispness. The waist ties are wrinkled from storage, but have never been used. The chest bow was tacked to the body of the JSK, but I cut the tread to make it removable. When worn, I attached it back in-place with safety pins.

Tights:
The tights have been worn 3 times; after each use they were hand washed in cold water then hanged to dry. There are some darker spots on the soles and a very small mark near the heel, but these flaws are barely noticeable in real life.

Headbow:
It has never been worn, I can find no flaws.

Shipping: $40 USA (tracked and fully insured)
The set will only be shipped with tracking and full insurance to confirmed paypal addresses. There is talk of a postal strike here, but nothing has happened yet. I will ship the dress asap once the invoice has been paid, but please be aware there may be delays if the workers strike.
