My plan was to trade it, but it's just been hanging in my closet unused for months, I think it's time for a nice new home! I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but this dress is from the first release.

Hi! It looks like the cheapest I can get it is Priority Mail International, which will cost $41.04. Adding insurance would be around $7-8 depending on what the dress sells for.

I think it would be different for Alaska or Hawaii, but otherwise it's the same to everywhere. It's quite a heavy dress!
