Dark Red Start Skirt (Plus Size)
A basic ruffle skirt best suited for beginner lolitas
This skirt was made as a prototype to the rest of the skirts I make. It's a dark red/maroon with a fully elastic waist and a bottom ruffle. The measurements are: Waist: 36 inches - unlimited
Length: 19.5 inches from top of waistband to hem Some things to note:
The fabric is thin. A petticoat or some other foundation garment is a must.
There is a small hole in the fabric, as seen in the pictures.
Some of the elastic has folded within the waistband
No surging

Washing instructions for handmade items: Please handwash in cold water or use the delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry or hang to dry. Iron on the wrong side/inside of fabric only to avoid discoloration.
