Because of these limitations, as well as the possibility of some degree of human error, buyers must agree to accept that a dis-satisfactory garment fit will not be considered valid grounds for opening an “item not as described” case with PayPal. However, it is a valid reason for requesting to return an item within reasonable cause (see the Returns section below). Returns (please PM first): Buyers may return an item they're unhappy with, as long as the item has not been altered from the condition it was in when it sold (this includes sizing alterations, additions, or flaws/staining that were not originally present upon purchase). The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping that includes tracking, and will be refunded for the item price only, not including the original cost of shipping. Failure to comply with these policies such as chargebacks or failure to return items upon request will result in a blacklist notice to the site.
