Sadly, I don't know the name of this dress.
It's an OP but can easily be style like a JSK. It's machine washable so hooray for easy to care for lolita dress.
It has a really light stains in the front, only visible if you're looking from very close and know it's here. (see 3rd photo)
It has full shirring in the back which makes it adaptable to bigger chest and overall really comfy.
Added a close-up of the laces per request. They look kinda cheap but aren't scratchy (at least from my own experience).

Hi ! Waist and chest are about the same size, between 70cm and 100cm and the skirt part from waist to bottom is around 50cm. Waist is a bit above natural waist (like most lolita dress). I measured the dress flat so this is not 100% accurate but the dress is pretty forgiving considering the shirring in the back and lacing in the front. Hope that helps !
