A colorful cotton dress perfect for the summer! I love this dress but I am going in a different direction with my wardrobe. The bows on the dress are detachable, and it has waist ties and a ribbon over the shirring. The set also includes the matching headbow, which has a wire in it so you can shape it to your liking~
