Recieved Secondhand and the waist bow was apparently hastilly glued to the pin part (see images ) but still can be attached and I will include it. Also I think the bottom part is missing two bows but I could be wrong I will just list it anyway.
Both waist ties are included and attached with cute star buttons at the waist.
It is partially lined and shoulder straps can be adjustable for anyone with broad shoulders or on the taller side.
Not sure on size but I will say it fits anywhere from a US size 8-12
