Cute blouse, but wasn't the color that was pictured. Doesn't match my wardrobe. Has cute ribbon buttons, and comes with different ties for the neck. 
Picture of full blouse with accessories is true to color! I think it looks more mint, but I will label it as blue and mint.

DAMAGE: There is a small cut on the front closer to the waist, picture provided. Can't see under a JSK.

Measurements (give or take an inch as this was measured flat):
B: 16 inches Flat (32")
W: 14 inches Flat (28")
Can go tighter with ribbon lacing in back, but there is NO SHIRRING like I was told.
