Bought secondhand in 2021 but never really wore it outside of trying it on once. This would be the size 2 on lolibrary. As for damage, the side seams on both ends are starting to tear at the places I photographed. You could either resew the seams to bring in the worn material or possibly try to reinforce the weak areas. In addition, some of the hemming stitches on the bottom ruffle is starting to unravel. The bow originally came sewn on the collar, but I cut off the stitching attaching it. However, that is probably the easiest fix of the issues I have listed here. I have not found any additional flaws, but please note I am selling this as is.
Otherwise, the main body is a pretty nice cotton knit that doesn't really stretch that much, so I would not try to exceed the maximum end of the size 2 on the lolibrary site. In it's current state you could wear it with care, but I would at least repair the side seams to extend its lifespan.
