DAMAGES:
- One of the hanging loops is sewn into the waist seam. I purchased it like this.
– Black residue rubbed off from a black belt worn with it. Most of it has been removed but still slightly visible . Picture provided.
– Tear on part of the black tulle layer underneath. I am unsure if I received it like this or if something occurred when worn. Is not visible when layered against the rest of the black tulle. Picture provided.

Hi there! Apologies for the late message. I fixed the Lolibrary link, but here are the measurements I had:
Waist - 26.25 inches, which pretty much matches the Lolibrary cm measurement
Length - 15.75 inches, but I did not include the tulle.
