BTSSB low cut chiffon blouse with a neck bow. I believe it is the Chiffon Princess blouse without the sleeves or neck straps. There are no physical damages as far as I can see, but since it's an old piece, it has a worn feeling. Price reflects missing items and age. Fits US size XS-S.
