The color of the dress is best reflected in my first image. This dress came to me very yellowed all over. The waist bow appears to have been removed at one point and seems to reflect the original color of the dress, so I removed it again in order to wash the dress. The waist bow is now removable. It’s had several gentle oxyclean soaks for the fading/yellowing and spot treatments for the tiny stains on the skirt. The yellowing/dinginess has been greatly improved, but there is still a bit of light discoloration through the whole dress. The discoloring appears to be even throughout the dress which leads me to believe it’s from sun fading. The dress still reads as “sax” coloring to me, but with a slight warm-grey undertone instead of a pure blue one. It also comes with a (discolored) headbow that I have not attempted to wash, but am willing to do so on request. 

 As a result, it is still technically damaged, but it has a lot of life in it. The ribbons are pretty pilled, but the print is in good condition with no cracking. I’d keep this dress but it is too small for me and I don’t have the heart to alter it. Whew! That was a lot of info. Message me with any questions/concerns!
