I got it a lolita desu lucky pack due to miscommunication it came damaged. It is missing the strap and the loops are damaged. the body of the bag is in great condition and so in the inside. I was planning on getting a new strap but they sent me a new bag with a strap so I don't need two.

Hey,
International shipping is really expensive. If you are okay with first class ( I'll send a picture of the package and customs form and customs number) it will likely be $18-$20, for express- the only tracked optional at least $50.
