The skirt is called Ruffle Round Skirt from 2002.

There is a small amount of shirring in the back.

I don't have an ID on the blouse. It ties in the back.
The ribbon on the neck, sleeves and the waist ties are detachable.

Damages are circled in red
The blouse has a spot, slight discoloration on the armpits, and is missing a button on the detachable sleeves.
The bow on the skirt is a little discolored.

The blouse may come out looking very good with some TLC.
But all in all, they're both nice brand pieces and both have plenty of life left in them.
