It's a nice blouse and I think it can be fixed. The elastic in one sleeve has snapped. There is some piling.
On an aesthetic note, the last few buttons seems to turn down. The third photo displays me holding the shirt upright, and you can see the last button turning downwards. They don't feel loose, so it might just be how the Cutsew is.
